product

One mechanic that moves people through the brand’s space.

Participants do not get another message to ignore. They get a short mission: find the points, collect the set, claim the reward. Markerra connects a dedicated campaign app, physical markers, and campaign rules into one ready flow.

Team planning a campaign on a laptop

Instant start

The dedicated app shows the goal, number of points, and reward immediately. Participants know what to do before the moment loses momentum.

Phone with a digital interface

Markers that work

Each physical point can include QR and NFC for the same checkpoint. The phone scans or taps, and the system records progress.

Event space with screens

A valuable finish

After collecting the full set, the app reveals the reward: a code, benefit, badge, or redemption instruction. The brand gets a completed interaction, not empty reach.

how it works

People keep moving because every point brings them closer to the reward.

1

We design a simple route

We define the number of points, what participants see in the dedicated app, and what benefit waits at the end.

2

We deliver ready markers

QR and NFC land on physical points: booths, stores, showrooms, event packs, partner venues, bus-stop banners, or large-format ads.

3

Participants collect progress

Every scan or tap records a specific checkpoint. The app handles duplicates, wrong tags, and optional location rules.

4

The brand sees the result

The participant gets a reward, while the brand gets a report: starts, scans, checkpoint progress, and completions.

full picture

Two flows: campaign production and participant experience.

The client sees what happens on our side, what needs to be provided before launch, and what the participant receives in the end. This makes the campaign a planned process from brief to report, not an app floating on its own.

flow 01

What we do with the client

We turn the idea into a working campaign: we design a dedicated app for the brand, set the rules, markers, backend, testing, and reporting.

  1. Brief and point map

We collect the campaign goal, reward, number of points, locations, and operational constraints. We also define the map mode: marker discovery inside a zone or exact points shown on the map.

  2. Campaign setup

We create the dedicated campaign app for the client: point structure, marker tokens, progress rules, reward screen, copy, and core reporting events.

  3. Production and test

We prepare the physical QR/NFC markers, write the tags, and ship the set to the client. Before shipping, we test scanning, duplicates, wrong markers, location checks, and reward unlock.

  4. Launch and summary

After launch, we monitor basic activity; after the campaign, we export the data and prepare a report with the key numbers.

flow 02

What the participant does

The participant gets a simple mission: open the app, find points, collect the full set, and claim the reward.

  1. Enters the campaign

They open the app, sign in, and see the campaign goal. Depending on the campaign, they either search for markers inside a defined zone or see exact points marked on the map.

  2. Reaches a point

They approach a physical marker in a store, at a booth, in a partner venue, on a bus-stop banner, on a large-format ad, or in another campaign location.

  3. Scans QR or NFC

The phone claims the checkpoint through the camera or NFC tag. The system checks whether the marker belongs to the campaign and has not already been collected.

  4. Claims the finish

After collecting the full set, the app shows the reward, code, redemption instruction, or link to the next step.

what you get

The purchased outcome: a working activation that can launch and be measured.

Dedicated campaign app

An app prepared for the brand, campaign goal, and rules: start flow, map, QR/NFC, progress, and reward screen.

Markers ready to place

Physical QR/NFC points prepared for the specific campaign, with pre-launch test instructions.

A system that enforces rules

Marker validation, progress storage, duplicate protection, and events needed for reporting.

Material for post-campaign decisions

Report: how many users entered, how many markers were collected, and how many people reached the reward.

packages

Three scope levels, depending on campaign scale and expected support.

These are indicative ranges. Every package is adapted to the brand and campaign goal and includes a dedicated campaign app, setup, physical QR/NFC points, and reward mechanic preparation. The differences are mainly the number of points, campaign length, support level, reporting depth, and personalization scope.

tier 01

Starter Kit

1-3 QR/NFC points / small test or single location

from PLN 7,900 net

  • Dedicated campaign app with client branding and a ready pilot scenario
  • 1-3 physical QR/NFC points prepared for the client’s location
  • Setup, test instructions, reward screen, and a short post-campaign report

tier 03

Scale Kit

10+ QR/NFC points, a longer campaign, or multiple locations

from PLN 39,900 net

  • The broadest personalization scope for the app, content, and markers under the client identity
  • Unique reward codes, integrations, geofence, and campaign-specific rules
  • Launch plan, operational support, and extended final report

Prices are starting points for scoping. A longer campaign, more markers, multiple cities, custom marker formats, dedicated integrations, or deeper personalization can change the scope and quote.

safety layer

A light experience for players, control on the system side.

The experience should be fast and pleasant, but not naive. Markerra checks the player account, checkpoint status, campaign progress, and, when needed, user location.

Optional geofence A scan can count only inside an agreed zone, with a sensible buffer for GPS accuracy.
One point, one claim The same marker cannot add progress twice for the same participant.
Shared backend truth QR and NFC use the same campaign configuration, so both channels are treated consistently.
Clear progress Participants see what they collected, what remains, and when the reward unlocks.
Two map modes We can show only the search area, or mark exact points when the campaign should guide participants through a specific route. If the scenario requires it, points can also unlock in a defined order.

inquiry

Let’s see how Markerra could work for your campaign.

Share a few specifics: where points could stand, how many people you expect, and what reward should close the loop. The form builds a message you can edit before sending.

We use form data only to handle B2B contact and prepare a reply to the inquiry. Details are described in the Privacy policy.
