QR/NFC campaigns / app / reward

QR/NFC campaigns with a dedicated app and measurable finale.

Markerra turns physical campaign points into a simple game: participants open the app, scan a QR code or tap NFC, collect progress, and unlock a reward. The brand gets a launch-ready activation mechanic and an aggregated report after the campaign.

best fit

Promotional activations where real-world movement matters.

A QR/NFC campaign works when the brand wants people to reach specific places: a store, stand, showroom, partner venue, claim point, or larger route. Instead of asking the user to passively read another message, Markerra gives them a short mission. Each marker becomes proof of interaction with a place and another step toward the reward.

The same mechanic can support a one-point pilot, a short event activation, or a larger route with multiple checkpoints. QR scanning and NFC tapping can lead to the same checkpoint, so participants have a convenient path. If the campaign requires physical presence, the app can use a geofence check at scan time.

what Markerra delivers

A dedicated campaign app, markers, and report in one kit.

Markerra is not just a QR code generator. We prepare the dedicated campaign app with a goal, map or point list, progress screen, and reward finale. We configure marker tokens, checkpoint rules, QR/NFC handling, and the events needed for reporting. A point in a store or at a stand becomes part of a controlled experience, not an isolated link.

The client owns the business and operational choices: where markers can be placed legally, what reward is offered, who handles physical placement, and what rules apply to the campaign. Markerra owns the technology, configuration, test instructions, and aggregated report.

process

How a QR/NFC campaign is prepared.

01

Brief and goal

We define scale, places, marker count, reward, and how participants should move.

02

App setup

We configure campaign structure, QR/NFC checkpoints, copy, and the finale screen.

03

Pre-launch test

We check scanning, duplicates, invalid markers, geofence behavior, and reward unlock.

04

Final report

We summarize entries, collected points, and reward completions without exposing user lists.
