facilities / sites / location networks

A QR/NFC checkpoint app for stores, malls, and venues.

We produce the mobile app, backend, and physical QR/NFC points from an operational, informational, educational, training, or technical scenario supplied by the client.

Operational QR/NFC system for a facility

technical use

Checkpoints in a location, operated through a dedicated app.

The system supports QR/NFC points in a plant, training facility, museum, technical site, or route between locations. The app displays supplied content, reads markers, and shows a technical scan status.

Points may appear on the map or be discovered inside a defined zone. The client chooses the scenario, locations, purpose, and all communication.

implementation

Technology on our side, physical placement on the client side.

Markerra produces the app and backend, encodes markers, tests their validation, and prepares a summary report. The client identifies the locations, secures the required permissions, and handles safe marker placement. For geofenced deployments, exact coordinates matter because a building address is usually not enough for a reliable test.

Error handling is important in a facility. The app can reject duplicates, markers from another project, or scans outside the defined zone. The client supplies message content. The report covers aggregated starts, scans, progress, completions, and handled rewards; the app can display a code, voucher, or redemption instruction.

responsibility boundaries

Markerra implements the client’s completed specification.

The client defines the goal and supplies the scenario, screen texts, locations, rules, and instructions. Markerra agrees the feasibility and technical parameters.

The client supplies the concept, rules, content, branding, and reward and independently organizes the deployment and is responsible for its distribution. Markerra does not offer strategy, creative, media, targeting, retargeting, campaign management or optimization, or advertising attribution.

The report remains aggregated and operational. It does not cover sales impact, ROI, ROAS, channel attribution, audience segmentation, or marketing performance evaluation.

example scenarios

Example processes in facilities and sites.

01

Safety instruction

A short facility route confirming successive training stages.

02

Facility information

QR/NFC points provide information across several zones.

03

Equipment inspection

Markers at workstations and a technical status for each inspection scan.

04

Multi-point route

Repeatable points and technical time limits defined in the specification.
