Demo organizer

This technical demo is organized by Przemysław Wiśniewski Digital, NIP: 5243019522, REGON: 529876286, ul. Turmoncka 22/1103, 03-254 Warsaw, Poland, entered in CEIDG. Participant contact, support, and complaints: [email protected].

Who can participate and how

• the participant must be at least 18 years old and use their own account;
• before sign-in, they receive a local copy of these rules and confirm its version and their age;
• the account is created through a supported OAuth provider, such as Google or Apple;
• participation starts after informed acceptance and sign-in and ends when the account is deleted or the demo ends.

A participant may leave at any time by using the account deletion function. These rules do not restrict mandatory participant rights. The exact accepted copy can be opened and shared from the app without an internet connection.

Mechanics and completion condition

1. The participant opens the demo and signs in after accepting these rules.
2. They scan five unique test markers—Neon, Echo, Pulse, Nova, and Flux—through QR or NFC.
3. The same marker can increase progress for an account only once; an unknown or invalid token is rejected.
4. After all five markers are stored, every eligible participant deterministically unlocks the sample badge and test finale.

The public demo accepts test scans regardless of city so that the complete flow can be reviewed during QA and app-store review. Resetting progress removes collected points and allows the route to be started again; it creates no right to a real benefit.

Location and safety

The app may obtain location after a participant action connected with a scan or the map to verify the configured zone. The demo does not track location in the background. Missing permission, insufficient GPS accuracy, a network outage, or a damaged marker may prevent a point from being stored.

Do not scan while driving, enter restricted areas, or put yourself or others at risk. Demo markers are available on the test page; there is no need to search for them in public places.

Requirements and availability

A compatible phone, current operating system, and internet connection are required. QR needs a camera, NFC needs compatible hardware, and zone validation may need location. Sign-in and maps depend on Google or Apple services. Maintenance, updates, and provider outages may temporarily limit the demo; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Prohibited actions

• circumventing security, limits, geofencing, or the single-collection rule;
• falsifying location, modifying the app, automation, or emulator use to manipulate results;
• using another person's account, distributing tokens, or attempting unauthorized access;
• infringing the law, others' rights, the system, or physical markers.

Support and complaints

Send a report to [email protected] with the approximate time, platform, issue description, and data necessary to locate the account or event. We acknowledge receipt and normally respond electronically within 14 days. Because the demo provides no real reward, there is no claim for delivery of goods, a discount, or money.

Personal data

For this demo, Przemysław Wiśniewski Digital is the controller of account data and technical events. Purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention, and rights are described in the Privacy Policy. A commercial client deployment receives separate rules and a notice that identify its organizer and GDPR roles.

Document version and end of the demo

Acceptance is tied to the demo identifier, version, language, and SHA-256 of the exact file. A material change receives a new version and requires confirmation before further use. The organizer may end or replace the demo with notice in the app or on the website. Polish law applies to these rules.
