Markerra service terms
Version 2026-07-14-b2b-v2, effective 14 July 2026. This document applies to the markerra.app website, the B2B inquiry form, and the public technical preview. It is not the participation rules for a project organized by a client.
B2B offer only
The production of mobile apps and backends, QR/NFC handling, and reporting is offered only to businesses and other entities that are not consumers. The website has no checkout, payment, or mechanism that automatically forms a paid contract. Submitting the form is an inquiry; scope, price, schedule, and the parties' responsibilities arise only from an individual offer and agreement.
Website service provider
The website is operated by Przemysław Wiśniewski Digital, NIP: 5243019522, REGON: 529876286, ul. Turmoncka 22/1103, 03-254 Warsaw, Poland. Electronic contact: [email protected]. The business is entered in Poland's Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG).
Electronic website services
- free display of product information, documents, and the technical preview;
- a B2B inquiry form that sends a message to the Markerra team;
- storage of the website analytics choice, plus document and contact links.
Use requires an up-to-date browser, JavaScript for interactive features, and an internet connection. Display of the website ends when it is left. Inquiry handling ends after a response or an earlier effective request to end contact, subject to legal obligations and abuse prevention.
Client deployment model
Markerra produces and configures the technical layer. The client defines the purpose of its own project, participants, content, locations, rules, and reward, and is identified as the organizer in the rules for that deployment. Before use by real participants, the app must contain the organizer's details, current Polish and English rules, the correct complaints contact, and privacy information.
A participant is shown the organizer's exact, versioned rules before sign-in. That copy is tied to the specific deployment and archived in an immutable form. A deployment without a complete legal configuration must not be opened to real participants.
Limits of the Markerra service
Markerra does not provide internet advertising, media buying, targeting, retargeting, remarketing, programmatic advertising, advertising attribution, or operation or optimization of a client's campaign. The client is responsible for its strategy, creative work, communications, distribution, marker locations, compliance of the project rules, and reward fulfillment.
Prohibited use
In particular, users must not:
- submit unlawful or harmful content, infringe rights, or send malicious code through the form;
- circumvent security, limits, or bot protection, or attempt unauthorized access;
- copy the website's marks, code, or materials beyond what the law permits;
- use demo QR/NFC codes to impersonate a real deployment or organizer.
Security and availability
Risks include phishing, replaced QR/NFC codes, malicious links, account or form compromise, and outages of external providers. Keep software current, verify the domain, and do not submit passwords, tokens, or data unnecessary for an inquiry. A feature may be temporarily limited for security work or abuse response.
Intellectual property
The name, marks, layout, code, and website materials remain protected to the extent provided by law and applicable licenses. The technical preview does not grant a license to commercially copy the product or use Markerra marks. Client materials are used only within the scope agreed in the B2B contract.
Website reports and complaints
A report should describe the issue, page address, approximate time, and expected resolution. Send it to [email protected]. We acknowledge receipt and normally respond electronically within 14 days. A complaint about a specific participant project must be sent to the organizer named in that deployment's rules.
Privacy
Processing for the website, inquiry form, and technical demo is described in the Privacy Policy. App roles are determined separately for each deployment and disclosed to participants before use begins.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change because of law, website functionality, security, or the service model. Each new version states its effective date. A change to these terms does not amend an individual B2B contract or the rules of an already launched deployment. Polish law applies to use of the website; an individual client contract may set additional rules and jurisdiction.
